Sublimated rash guards give teams and brands a large creative canvas, but the best results come from disciplined artwork planning. Every panel, seam and size can affect how graphics land on the body. Treat the garment as a fitted product first and a print surface second.

Compression fit should be defined clearly. Some buyers want a tight competition feel, while others prefer a more forgiving training cut. Fabric stretch, sleeve length, body length and collar shape all influence how the finished rash guard performs.

Artwork should be built with panel shape in mind. Logos placed too close to seams may distort, and thin lines can lose impact when stretched. Provide vector artwork, color references and placement priorities so the production team can prepare a realistic layout.

Sampling is especially important for sublimation because screen colors, fabric base and heat process can shift the final look. Review print sharpness, color balance, seam alignment, neck comfort and sleeve opening before approving bulk production.
