1. About these terms
These terms govern quotes, samples and orders placed with TitanWrap Ltd("TitanWrap", "we", "us") through titanwrapltd.com or via direct communication with our team. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & minimum order quantities
Quotes are provided based on the product, quantity, materials and customization you specify. MOQ from 50 pieces per product/style. Quoted prices and MOQs may vary by product and are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
3. Samples
Sample development typically takes 7–10 working days. Sample terms (cost, ownership and turnaround) are confirmed with you before development begins. Sample approval is required before bulk production is scheduled.
4. Bulk production & timelines
Bulk production typically runs 25–30 working days after sample, design, material and order approval. Timelines may vary depending on order quantity, customization, material availability, approval cycles, packaging and shipping method.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements and accepted payment methods are confirmed with you as part of your order agreement and may vary by order size and customer relationship.
6. Custom designs & intellectual property
Logos, artwork and brand assets you provide for a custom or private-label order remain your property. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any artwork, logo or design you submit for production, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your use of such materials.
7. Shipping & delivery
Freight, shipping cost and delivery timelines are confirmed per order and depend on destination, order volume and chosen shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations & changes
Orders may be cancelled or amended before bulk production begins, subject to any costs already incurred (materials sourced, sampling completed). Once bulk production has started, cancellation terms are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
