Shipping Custom Fight Gear: What Buyers Should Prepare

TitanWrap Production Team · 13 July 2026 · 6 min read

Shipping should be discussed before production is finished. Destination, carton volume, order split and delivery deadline all affect the best shipping plan. Waiting until goods are packed can limit options.

Provide the full delivery country and any warehouse requirements in the quotation stage. Some buyers need carton labels, pallet instructions, appointment delivery or documents prepared in a specific way. These details should be known early.

Carton count and weight depend on product mix. Gloves, pads and apparel pack very differently. A realistic shipping estimate needs the intended quantity, size mix and packaging format.

Timeline planning should include sampling, bulk production, inspection, packing, export preparation and transit. A launch date that ignores these steps can create unnecessary pressure.

Keep communication clear around document names, consignee details and contact people. Small administrative errors can slow down a shipment even when production is complete.
