Sampling Process for Custom Fight Gear

Sampling turns a written idea into a physical product. It is the stage where materials, fit, construction, branding and packaging can be reviewed before bulk production. Treating the sample carefully is one of the best ways to protect the final order.
The process starts with a brief. The more complete the brief, the more useful the first sample can be. Include product type, size or weight, material preference, colors, logo files, placement notes, intended use, packaging and any reference products.
When the sample arrives, inspect it systematically. Review appearance, measurements, comfort, stitching, print placement, labels, closures and packed presentation. Take photos and write comments against specific areas instead of sending broad feedback.
Revisions should be prioritized. Not every preference needs a new sample, but fit, construction, branding accuracy and material issues usually deserve attention before bulk approval. Clarify what must change and what is approved.
Once the sample is approved, freeze the specification. Bulk production should reference the approved sample, final artwork and written order details so everyone is working from the same standard.
