Google Indexing Readiness Checklist for B2B Product Sites

Indexing readiness is a technical and content question. A site needs crawlable URLs, clear metadata, useful page content, internal links and signals that help search engines understand what each page represents.
Start with the sitemap and robots file. The sitemap should include public product, category and blog URLs. Robots should allow public pages while keeping admin and API routes out of the index.
Metadata should be unique. Product pages need specific titles, descriptions and canonical URLs. Blog posts should use clear titles and summaries that match the page content.
Schema helps clarify page type. Product, FAQ, Breadcrumb and BlogPosting data can support understanding when implemented accurately. Structured data should describe what is actually on the page.
Internal links connect the site. Blog posts should point to relevant products, products should surface related items and category pages should help buyers move deeper into the catalog. Good linking helps both crawlers and humans.
